Websites for service businesses

One price. One website, built properly.

I design and build Framer websites for service businesses that have outgrown theirs. $8,490 including GST, whatever the size of the site. I take on two clients a month, so it starts with an application.

Be honest

Sound familiar?

“I'm embarrassed to send people to my website.”

01

“My business has grown. My website hasn't.”

02

“Changing one line means emailing someone and waiting.”

03

“People visit, but the enquiries don't come in.”

04

If even one of these is you, I can fix it.

I work best with

Service businesses that win work from enquiries

  • Trades and home servicesYour phone and inbox are your sales team. The site should keep them busy.
  • Consultants and professional firmsYour expertise should look as good online as it is in the room.
  • Clinics, studios and agenciesPeople check you out online before they book. First impressions decide it.
  • Owners who decide quicklyFour weeks works because feedback comes back fast and from one person.
Not the right fit

Who I'll point elsewhere

  • Online storesFramer isn't built for big product catalogues and checkouts.
  • Web apps, portals or loginsYou need a software developer, not a website.
  • WordPress or another platformI only build in Framer, so I can do it properly.
  • No logo or branding yetI don't do logos, branding or photography. Come back once you have them.
The price

One price for every website.

How it works

Six steps. Four weeks.

  1. Step 1

    Application and brief

You apply. Once you're accepted, you fill in a short brief about your business.

  2. Step 2

    Sitemap and business doc

We confirm every page and what goes on it. Your approval here starts the build.

  3. Step 3

    Design system

Colours, type and components, made for your brand.

  4. Step 4

    Draft 1

The whole site, built in Framer with the copy in place, for you to click through.

  5. Step 5

    Review

You check every page and the copy, and send your changes in one round.

  6. Step 6

    Final and launch

I make the changes and put the site live on your domain.

Four weeks from the brief to launch.

My promise

Your money back if it's not the right fit.

Paying to start doesn't lock you in. You can still back out after you've said yes.

This promise is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change your mind after paying? You can still pull out.
  • Full refund any time before the sitemap is approved.
  • If I think it isn't the right fit, I'll say so and refund you too.
  • You own the site, the words and the domain.

Your options

Don't pay twice for one website.

Most of the money spent on websites goes on everything except the website. Here's where it goes.

Who builds it

I'm Jayden. I design and build every site myself.

I've spent close to ten years in marketing, from brand partnerships at LiSTNR to client strategy at an agency. Now I'm the Manager, Marketing & Technology at Big Dog Builds. I build websites that bring in enquiries, not just ones that look good.

We meet on our first call.

Once you've applied and paid, we start with a call: you, me, and your business. No sales pitch, just the brief.

Don't worry. If it's not the right fit, you still get your money back.

Questions

Before you apply

Why one price, whatever the size?

Every site gets the same process and the same care. A fixed price means no quotes and no surprise invoices. Bigger sites take more of my time, smaller ones get more polish, and it evens out.

Why only Framer?

Framer sites are fast and look sharp, and you can change the words and images yourself without breaking anything. Hosting, security and updates are handled by Framer, so there's nothing to maintain.

Why no call before I pay?

So you can decide in your own time, without a sales pitch. The application and brief give me what I need. Once you're a client, we talk as much as the project needs.

What if I change my mind after paying?

You can. Any time before the sitemap is approved, either of us can call it off and I refund you in full. Once you approve the sitemap, the build begins.

How does the waitlist work?

I build two sites a month. Apply any time and I'll reply personally. If it's a fit, you get the next open spot, or a place on the list for the month after.

What does it cost all up?

$8,490 including GST for the site. Hosting is paid to Framer directly and depends on the site. Nothing else unless you ask for it.

Can I make changes myself after launch?

Yes. Framer lets you edit words, images and blog posts yourself, and I show you how at launch.

What do you need from me?

The brief, your business information, your logo and any photos, and one round of feedback at the review stage. A few hours across the four weeks.

Can you move my site and keep my Google ranking?

Yes. I keep your page addresses where I can and redirect the ones that change, so your search traffic carries over.
